how we handle returns

return window
you have 30 days from the day you get your vinyl to return it. that’s simple. it gives you time to spin it, check for skips, and decide if it’s a keeper. if it’s not, send it back. we follow the FTC Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. it’s law.
how to initiate
to kick off a return, hit us up at [email protected]. we’ll guide you through the process. provide your order number and a brief reason for the return. no long forms, no hassle. just straightforward.
what’s returnable
most items are returnable. if it’s unused and in original condition, we’ll take it back. vinyl must be in its original packaging. we can’t take back records with scratches or damage. that’s just how it is.
final sale items
some items are final sale. limited editions, special releases, and anything marked as non-returnable. if you’re unsure, check the product description before you buy. don’t get caught out.
refund method & timeline
refunds go back to the original payment method. expect it within 5-10 business days after we process your return. we don’t play games. if you followed the rules, you’ll get your cash back. no restocking fees here.
damaged or wrong items
if we send you the wrong record or it arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. we’ll fix it, no questions asked. send a photo to [email protected]. we want you to get what you paid for.
return shipping
you cover the return shipping costs unless we messed up. we’ll send you a prepaid label for our errors. keep your tracking info. we’re not responsible for lost returns in transit.
exchanges
exchanges are simple. send back the record you want to swap. once we get it, we’ll ship you the new one. just note that you’ll need to cover the shipping for the new item.
